We have a two levels of colour matching available to you.

Colour Chip Matching involves searching almost 100,000 colour chips - 95% of the time we will get a close enough match and we will simply send you the paint that matches the colour chip.

Precision Colour Matching involves one of our experts in colour matching producing a bespoke paint formula that precisely matches your sample.

Quality Control - All our colour matching passes through a rigorous quality control process during the colour matching and after the paint has been mixed. This ensures that you receive the highest quality of service available.

Charges - The cost of each service covers the manual effort involved in providing you with the level of colour match that you have requested. Some colours will take longer to match than others and the price reflects the average effort of colour matching across all colours. It also covers the cost of the packaging we send you which we get cheaper than you can buy it in the shops.

Need more paint? - We will keep your colour formula on record in case you need more of the same paint.

What you do:

We are here to help you achieve a precise colour match to your existing paintwork. You just need to send us a part (using the packaging we send you) which has the colour you require for precision matching. People usually send us their petrol cap cover or tow-hitch cap. Please check that the colour on the part you send is the same as the area you want to paint.

What we do:

We will send you the packaging you require to safely send us your petrol cap cover or bumper tow-hitch cap. If you are sending us something else the size of the sample should ideally be about 1" square but can be as small as ½" in diameter if that's all you have. (Unfortunately we are unable to send you packaging for items larger than a standard petrol cap).

We will match your colour by a manually intensive process conducted by our experienced colour matching staff (we have been matching colours for over 20 years and have over 70 collective years experience in our organisation). Our quality control procedures ensure you only get the paint you need.

When we've matched your colour precisely we will send your part back with your order.
